3DZ and Nexdent for dental – biocompatible resins and certified CE
Nextdent appoints 3DZ to distribute class IIa resins for 3D printing
Nexdent, the world leader for the production of dental resins, appoints 3DZ for the distribution of biocompatible resins for 3D printing.
3D printing is changing the ideas for the dental industry: while still praising the value of manual techniques, the digital process is increasing and creating a synergy in which every skill – both manual and digital – is essential and becomes complementary and indispensable to one another. Resins are clearly the most important aspect, right after the precision and accuracy of the manufactured items. In the dental industry it is now very important to have class IIa resins and biocompatible, to produce anything temporary, dime and other products.
Nexdent, Dutch company of Vertex-Dental B.V. has a portfolio of 13 resins for dental 3D printing and plans to introduce other resins with different colors for other dental needs. Ruben Bosch, Area Sales Manager for the EMEA region, stated that “3DZ, with its dominant presence in Italian territory among its 3D printing experience in other industries, is what makes it the ideal partner for Nextdent.”
“3D Systems recently took over Nexdent, and being that 3DZ is the best 3DS reseller for EMEA, makes 3DZ the ideal partner for us. We met a highly motivated and competent team that will surely provide all the technical support to our customers” – Ruben Bosch, Sales Manager EMEA
The dental industry is one of the most fragile at this time, this is since there is a strong digitization in place. 3DSystems has been designing technologies that can revolutionize the way to work and the recent announcement of Figure 4 to IDS in Cologne in Germany is a confirmation.
Figure 4 is a platform that fits perfectly with Nexdent resins and the dental industry. A modular solution that allows customizable configurations depending on the type of product you intend to produce, whether it’s a temporary, a dental coach reinforced in some elements rather than a dental model. 3DZ is ready to take this challange at hand and support the digital dental technology, from scanning to production through 3D printing.
